We are registered as a data controller with the Information Commissioner’s Office under registration number ZA314727.

By law we have to keep basic Personal Data about our customers (including Contact, Identity, Financial and Transaction Data) for [six] years after they cease being customers for tax purposes.

b) We retain pending, failed and cancelled orders for [two] weeks, you may receive an email reminding you that there are items in your basket.

c) We retain inactive accounts and completed orders for [two] years, the time will be reset when you log in to your account or make an order with us using your account.

In some circumstances we may anonymise your Personal Data (so that it can no longer be associated with you) for research or statistical purposes in which case we may use this information indefinitely without further notice to you.
