What we provide

  • Price includes up to 3 proofs, further changes may incur a charge.
  • Written approval for custom items is required before we start production.
  • After submission, no further changes can be made to the proof.
  • The proof shall be sent to your email billing address.
  • A simple “ok” is adequate for us start production.
How long will my order take to print?

We aim to process your order as quickly as possible.

For orders that have additional options (different clothing colour for instance) will take longer. This process can take an additional 5-14 working days depending on stock situation of our clothing supplier.

When can I expect my parcel?

After processing time, delivery to UK addresses usually arrive within 1 to 3 working days.

Deliveries are scheduled between 7am and 7pm. Deliveries to Northern Ireland (BT) and some Scottish postcodes (AB, FK, G83, IV, KW, PA, PH, HS, DD) can take an extra 2 to 3 days. Deliveries to PA postcodes in Scotland will only take place on Tuesdays and Thursdays.

We have decided to terminate website services going to outside of the UK for the mean time. If things change we shall update this information.

Can I upgrade my delivery to receive it any quicker?

What courier companies do you use?

Our main courier is Royal Mail.

    Can I track my delivery?

    Yes, at time of dispatch, delivery tracking is sent to your billing email address. If you would like to follow the status of an order please see the order information page.

    Do you print anything else?

    Yes we print many other bespoke items from overalls to aprons, please get in touch and we shall be happy to assist you.

    Can you print my (image / design / photo) onto a (baby grow / hat / t-shirt / etc)?

    Almost anything is possible with printing so most likely the answer is yes.

    Can I collect from your shop?

    Made in the Moon are an online only service.

    Where can I leave feedback?

    Usually within a week of dispatching your order, an email is sent to your email address, asking for feedback of your purchase on the review website TrustPilot or Google Reviews. If you prefer we have a list of official review locations on our review us page.
